Conference fees
Regular participants – Late bird: 635 CHF
Students – Late bird: 515 CHF
Accompanying person – Late bird: 515* CHF
Conference fee included all conference materials, access to sessions, lunches, dinners, coffee breaks with refreshments during the scientific sessions, and the social evening. Accompanying person fee covered lunches, dinners, and all social activities.
Cancellation policy
In case the participant cannot attend, the conference fee may be partially refunded (by bank transfer). The cancellation fee (covering organization, administartion and fixed costs) depends on the period when the cancellation is announced to the organisers (by email to info@cladocera2024.org). Please, include all information necessary for international bank transfer in the cancellation email.
Cancellation fee before August 15: 50%, before September 15: 75%. If cancelling later, no refund is possible.
Accommodation
Accommodation in the suggested hotels (directly at the conference venue or in a recommended budget hotel) are available at special conference rates. Verbania offers a wide range of other accommodation options.
